Our Qualifications
Joel M. Kosovsky, CPA/PFS, CFP® received his bachelor of science degree from University of Connecticut in 1979. He became a certified public accountant(CPA) in 1981, a certified financial planner(CFP) in 1988 and a personal financial specialist(PFS) in 1995. He currently holds Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and licenses in life and health insurance. He is the founding member of Horizon Financial Advisors, LLC.
